LinkedIn에 올라온 기사를 보던 중 우연히 어떤 글을 읽었습니다. 제목이 확 눈에 들어오더군요.
“Funded Trader”
자세히 읽어보았습니다. 우선 Funded Trader와 관련한 서비스는 두가지입니다. 첫째는 Trading Combine Account, 둘째는 Funded Trading Account입니다.
Trading Combine Account는 Funded Trader가 되고자 하는 사람이 반드시 거쳐야 하는 검증과정입니다. 특정한 회사의 시뮬레이션 서비스를 이용하여 목표한 과제를 하여야 합니다.
이 때 계좌를 개설하고자 하는 사람은 두가지를 해야 합니다. 첫째는 예탁금입니다. 목표를 달성하면 환불을 받지만 그렇지 않으면 사용료로 나갑니다. 둘째는 아래의 조건을 전제로 매매 조건(패러매터)를 정합니다.
Trade 10 days within 30 calendar days*
Always implement stops with an open position
Only trade permitted products, during the permitted times
Achieve an Average Net P&L greater than $0 for each product traded
Achieve an Overall Winning Day percentage of 55 or greater
Ensure my Largest Losing Day will not hit or exceed my Daily Loss Limit

Trading Combine Account로 목표 수익을 달성하며 Funded Trading Account를 받습니다. 세부 조건은 아래와 같습니다.

제 기억이 맞다면 마진FX가 처음 한국에 들어왔을 때 외국 FX업체가 교육장을 빌려서 위와 비슷한 서비스를 하였습니다. 물론 법적으로 문제가 되었습니다. 또다른 경우도 있었습니다. 옛날 포넷이 자기 펀드를 비슷한 방식으로 운용하도록 했지만 금감원이 문제를 삼아 고발한 경우입니다.
Funded Trading이 한국에 와서 불법 서비스가 되었고 지하경제에서 대여계좌라는 이름으로 떠돌고 있습니다. 대여계좌 서비스의 합법화를 바라는 곳은 증권회사입니다. 증권회사는 대여계좌와 비슷한 서비스를 스탁론이라는 이름으로 주식투자자에게 제공하고 있습니다. 서비스를 제공하는 사업자나 증권회사나 적지않은 이자수익을 얻습니다. 짭짤한 비지니스입니다. 이를 파생상품까지 확대하고자 하지만 금감원이 거부하고 있습니다. 현재 공급자는 대여계좌서비스를 하는 회사입니다. 불법입니다. 만약 퓨처론이 합법화하면 상당수의 회사는 망하거나 증권사의 서비스제공자로 바뀔 듯 합니다.
Funded Trading과 대여계좌서비스는 다릅니다. 대여계좌서비스는 대출서비스의 일종입니다. Funded Trading은 매매서비스입니다. Funded Trading이 가능하도록 가이드라인을 두어 합법화하면 어떨까요?
